STEEL PROPHET Part Ways With Vocalist RICK MYTHIASIN
July 17, 2002Nuclear Blast recording artists STEEL PROPHET have parted ways with vocalist Rick Mythiasin due to "musical and personal differences". The split was reportedly amicable and the remaining members of STEEL PROPHET would like to wish Mythiasin all the best in his future musical endeavors. As for the future of STEEL PROPHET, bassist Vince Dennis says that "the band is excited about the future and will continue on with a new vocalist as soon as possible". The group will release their fifth release for Nuclear Blast, entitled Unseen, on July 29th in Europe, followed by a September 17th release date in North America. The album, which was recently completed, will be the band's final release featuring Mythiasin on vocals.
